Like Sergey already reply, storing images in a a General field was realy a nigthmare.

Start your form with an image (your picture was a good start :-) ) and load images from disk when needed. If you have to save the file for later use, save only the path+filename in your dbf. It's easier to create a folder under your program directory and copy files in it than store and restore images from a general field.
