It is not okay when I run it on a WinXP pc, it stops on each send and asks if you really want to send this email.

Is there a way around this security setting somehow?

The only way that I know of around the security patch is to download “Outlook Redemption", a DLL written by Dmitry Streblechenko, a Microsoft Outlook MVP, which implements the Extended MAPI interfaces to Outlook. It is available for download at http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/download.htm and is free unless you are distributing it in commercial software
