We do have a function that lets them define packages (we call them sets). These are well defined packages that don't change. The function I described before is a more free-form. They don't always happen together and/or in the same order. But since the user is a scheduler, and not actual provider of the service, they don't necessiarly know all the rules. So what we want to be able to to do, is take their input and let them "check" it against a pre-defined set (if there is one) and suggest the correct order and gap time.
