Only the PJM should be marked as multiple checkout. All the other files should be single checkout.

Each developer checks out files to their own local drive, not to a shared network drive.

Only one developer can be working in a classlib at a time. Depending on the number of classes in your classlibs, this is the biggest conflict area. We work around it here by using individual developer classlibs to which classes are copied, modified and then checked back into a test area before being copied back into the real classlib.

>OK - well we have added the project to source-safe by selecting the main program file and from the project menu "Add to Source-Control" - we have also enabled "Multiple Checkouts" in VSS Administrator but still get "File Access denied if either one of us opens the project and then the other attempts to open it afterwards (ie. the second user opening the project gets the error)
