I don't think that Mere Mortals is the best. It just happens that there are probably more users of Mere Mortals than another framework on the UT. That could explain why it got voted the best. I'm a CodeMine user. That does'nt mean that CodeMine is the best also. It's just that for what I wanted to do I thought that it was the best to suit my needs.

It'll be up to you to decide based on what you need from a framework.
