Jim, I know you work that way :). However, wouldn't it be nice if 'the community' would come to an agreement with regard to the terminology?! According to the vfp-doc a global variable is a variable that's declared public. And what I'm proposing is that we also regard variables as global if they're declared private in the main program. We all together could propagate such usage of the g. Say yes or no please :).
