Set OLEDragMode to Automatic and OLEDropMode to Manual. This will enable automatic drag and you can manually handle drop by 6 events (OLECompleteDrag, OLEDragDrop, OLEDragOver, OLEGiveFeedback, OLESetData, OLEStartDrag). Refer MSDN for more information about these events.
