we have experience in credit card processing (including web based).
I understand what you want, but you are not Credit card Operating Company (or Bank, which have the same status).
Usually all FoxPro applications have some problems with offered VB ActiveX or C++ DLLs for credit card processing. Our VB team leader make wrapper of OCX, which is implemented in UT. Now we rewrite C++ DLLs, to create web billing system for utility companies in my native country.
May be you must choose the company, which will offer you better financial conditions and overtake somewhere difficulties during implementation of their software.
