Hi all,

I am trying to find a PDF driver that will save a Fospro report as a .PDF file. From reviewing UniversalThread I have found and am testing 2 products which would seem to fit my needs except that I am having problems trying to modify these. The products I am using are 1.) DocuCom PDF driver and 2.) PDF printer driver from Visage. Here are my problems.

NUMBER 1 - DocuCom PDF driver

I have downloaded the Trial Version of PDF Driver 5.0 and am using Windows 98.
I am trying to add some changes to the [Destination] section
of pdfdrv95.ini and I have the following problem
Some of the commands seem to work and others do not.
I can get the email commands to work but I am trying to suppress
the Save to dialog box by using bSaveTargetFile=0
and it is not working.
Also I tried PDFNAME=c:\temp\text.pdf
and instead of creating this "file", a "directory" called text.pdf got created
and I was still given the prompt to save the file
Here is the modification I have made to pdfdrv95.ini

[Destination]
PDFNAME=c:\temp\text.pdf - DOES NOT WORK
bSaveTargetFile=0 - DOES NOT WORK
MailRecipient=carmel@theparkercompany.com - Works
MailServer=mail.theparkercompany.com - Works
MailSubject=This is a test file - Works
ReplyAddress=Carmel - Works
bViewPDF=0 - Works
bUseSecurePassword=1 - DOES NOT WORK

NUMBER 2 - Visage PDF Printer Driver.

I downloaded the SDK on this and the documenation is terribe so I am completely clueless as to how I should go about changing this one.

Could anybody who has used these products please give me some advice

Thanks in advance
Carmel
