Thanks for the tip.
I ended-up not needing to do what I was attempting to do, but I will save this for future reference.

About this DSN substitution table name cursor stuff...
Is that part of the DSN command line in my VFP code that VFP feeds to Crystal prior to running the Crystal Report side of things?

It's about time that our family hop in the car and head for Marco Island. It's been a few too many years since we did that. That was the trip that the car transmission went out and I had to drive most of the way from Marco Island back to Naples at a top speed of 10-15 mph where I rented a car for a couple of days while mine got fixed.

We're getting a good soaking today. It's about time! Take care.
