We have a report that we are trying to do in a cross tab style.
It seems simple we want the varieties to go down the page the Count of a load_no and the Amount to be the columns. However It is not going so well. We can get the variety and the Amount field to do right but we can't get the load_no to be on the same row as the Amount nor can we Make it count distinct for a given variety.
We are trying to use the Report Expert on Crystal 8.5.
We want it to show up like this:

 SomeVariety       2        Amount    TotalAmountForGivenVariety
 SomeVariety2      4        Amount2   TotalAmountForGivenVariety2

But we are geting:

              Load_number    
SomeVariety   Amount   TotalAmountForGivenVariety
**       (Count of the load)
SomeVariety2  Amount2  TotalAmountForGivenVariety2
**       (Count of the load)

So I guess the question is How can I use the select expert to give me the result that I want.
