Just to say I use splash form with these properties successfully on all our projects with screen = off in config.fpw

Just for information really - I also have have my username and password plus cancel and login buttons made visible on the fire of a timer - looks and works real neat - not that this helps the original poster of course... but if a sample is any use please just ask...
