Help. What's that? <s> Seriously, I try and design my stuff so that its pretty obvious what the application does. Like meaningfull field labels, command prompts etc. However, context sensitive help in the AppReg is best for times when the user wants to get help there and then. HTML help is great for overview and conceptual information IMHO but I can't see too many users being happy when they are mid-application and clueless having to find HTML help and start looking up a topic. Codemine's native help capability is just great for that mid-application type of use. I say do what feels right to you. You know your users and what will work best for them.
