One approach you might want to use is to add the VFP7 Runtime MSM file to your ASP.NET deployment project. The VFP7Runtime.msm file can be found in your directory:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Merge Modules

Then look in the VS .NET help file for "Creating or Adding a Merge Module Project" for instructions on how to add this msm file to you existing deployment project.

That way the users don't have to use a separate installation for VFP and the .NET application.
