There are a couple of great ones to choose from. The Prague conference is wonderful, but, unless you speak Czech, the choice of sessions in English is a bit limited. There is one English session during each time slot.

The Dutch conference in May, Conference To The Max, is a very interesting conference if you want to attend sessions that deal with technology other than VFP.

And, there is always the DevCon in Frankfurt in November. About 30% of the sessions are in English and the food is TERRIFIC (so is the beer, BTW).
