This thread was started to find out how 'the community' thinks about variables declared private in the main program as another valid type of global variables and therefore entitled to start with the g.
I'll add an item on the Toledo Wishlist, titled 'A Private Global Variable' and it'll be a request to modify the vfp-documentation.
