You're welcome! The trick is, that the form has to be visible. It doesn't really matter, if you make the form visible in the Init() or show the toolbar in the Activate() event method. But if you put the code in the Activate() event, you should make sure, that the toolbar is only shown once, and not every time the Activate() fires.
