Ooops, I'm confused with the buttons ...

>>>I would also like to know , if Foxpro is run from a server, how can each user save their own indivual settings.

you run vfp.exe from server?

Then use "set ressource" to set a ressource file on local computer.
It is a little bit more tricky to automate this, I would suggest to create a textfile user.fpw somewhere at user's comp, link extension 'fpw' to the exe on the server using:
pathtoserver\vfp.exe -t -c%1
(look at startup options)
vfp.exe depends on the version you use

in the fpw you store
RESOURCE = localpath\FOXUSER.dbf
again, have a look to the options of an config file

now create a shortcut to this fpw file in your startmenu, and call it foxpro or so.
