Hi all

usually when i create report i never applied an autonumber from the mount of detail.... but now i got confuse about how to make the numbering of it..
For Instance

Before.......
---------------
A | Google
B | universal
C | BCA
D | Danamon
---------------

After.... (Acceptance)
---------------
1 | A | Google
2 | B | universal
3 | C | BCA
4 | D | Danamon
---------------


How to show the 1, 2, 3, 4 etc... from a report...

and more for the report...
Usually if our record only less then 5 records, the report preview will hang over the paper.... such as....
