Awhile ago, I ran across a class called stretch. With stretch, you drop the class on your form, add a few lines of code and from there on, everything on your form will stretch and size proportionately.

There is a slight difference between stretch's behaviour and what you are doing in that stretch will actually enlarge your label fonts, etc. proportionately as well.
