no alex, reusability is supposed to benefit from OO concepts,
but i have been acheiving reusability (thru older design techniques
for longer than OO concepts have existed). In fact, my latest
project contains LESS than 50% new code... this is reusabliity.

OO concepts have NOT so far lived up to their potential because
the so-called OO languages have applied OO only to the Visual
interface portions of the problem. The only one even close to
full implementation (THAT I KNOW OF) is smalltalk.
