Hi All,

We are using this printer to print our daily batch correspondence (typically a few thousand Word mail merges). It normally behaves (we encounter 1 problem every 4-6 months) but last night was really special. Some mail merges are skipped and barcodes are not always printed on the letters. We experience these problems only if we do a full run. We do not have any problem if we extract a sample of a few hundred records and do a test run. We know it is not a data size issue as we have much bigger runs on Mondays and Thursday runs.

The correspondence programs (Natural, VFP, VBA, templates) have not changed in the past few months.

Any suggestions of what the problem might be?
