Does anyone know of any HTML printing tools (other than the browser control)?

The browser control has one major flaw (as does Netscape, too) - it is not 100% CSS compliant. In particular, it ignores the @page size attribute, meaning one cannot control whether it prints landscape or portrait. A major flaw when trying to design reports in HTML!
