Problem solved! :) Instead of clicking on the applications folder in the install application and then going to File Menu "Action" and selecting "Add" then "File". You must right click on the Install application in the Solution window, select "Add" , select "Merge Module" then add from c:\program files\common\merge modules\manage.msm, database*.msm, regwiz.msm, and something like _CTR and _STL.msm . Once those are added you select regwiz.msm in the solution window. go to the mergemoduleproperties and put the License Key in the LicenseKey property. And finally my problem is solved!
