Wow, you learn something new everyday! I never pushed it because it was never a 'dire necessity.' Yet I'd like to be able to do it, and it looks like his solution works. However, I'd like to see column header tooltip properties in the next version of VFP. It should be native with no extra coding or 'workaround' required I think. Thank goodness for Vlad...
