Tom,

*chuckle*

I like it! Two swipes for the price of one. <g>

Facinating. I have a braniac nephew, who was often first or second string when he was actively playing the violin, who has done a lot of reading up on Mozart. I don't know beans from buttermilk with all of this so I'll just have to casually drop this tidbit into some future conversation with him and his dad (who's the musical one in the family). That ought to really (as Craig B says) 'stumpify' them. <g>

Interesting. I bought Karol a 5'4" Sammick baby grand a few years back and Bob (Ryan's dad - see above) who plays the piano well said it was the nicest action he's played on in years. He still says the same thing five years later. A 'peach' instead of a 'lemon'. <g> Even I could tell the difference. The part I liked was when the salesman lowered the price by 1,000. <g>

I'd dearly love to listen to you guys play some Mozart or Bach or whatever you please. <g>

Best,
