Hi,
I have problem with installshield, after I make the setup with no error. I install the setup on the new machines, the application runs with an error shows after I run the installed application with a message say:-

"fatal error 171 while attempting to report error 171"

After check log file I found error:-
"Fatal error: Exception code=C0000005..."

I want step by step with an article from Microsoft by Mike Stewart the same error I have.
