Hi Jamie

First, you need to tell VFP to see the control. On the menu, go to Tools, Options, Controls. Click on ActiveX and make sure the box by Microsoft Rich Text Control is checked. Click on Set as Default and OK (in that order)

Second, go to your form, and click the View Classes button on the form controls toolbar (picture is several books, it's the second button, next to the Select Objects arrow) Pick ActiveX Controls and wait for the toolbar to change. Then find the RTF button - it should show now that you've told VFP to show the OCX. Click on it and put the OCX control on your form. You can do this with any OCX.
