I made little research and I've found that there is one way to do what you
want. Take a look to RegisterHotkey/UnregisterHotkey functions in Win32
API. They allows you to define the the hotley (CTRL+ALT+DEL in your case)
to your application window, so, when user will press those button your
application will eat up these keystrokes.
