Many thanks for help, I used the simplier method you suggested, it works really well.

The printers also work fine. The problem being that I had hardcoded the location of some word templates that I am using. e.g.
c:\denergi\documents\letterseperation.doc

This was easily solved by removing the drive letter and apllication home directory. ie documents\letterseperation.doc

Many thanks for your help, I'm now trying to understand the other way you outlined.
