I haven't seen this yet - but the app I am currently working on has shapes used in that manner on several of the forms so I will see shortly if I have the same issue. Some of the forms with shapes have been opened and edited a dozen times so far with no problem though.
I'm using VFP7 SP1 on Windows XP Professional.
