Well, this works...somewhat clumsily.

It has several problems.

1. I can't figure out how to detect when the user hits the "Cancel" button on the prompt, so it prints the report even when the user hits cancel.
2. It produces a blank page before the report.

If this is all I have, I'll use it, but I don't really like it.
