No, not both.
You can select an index with FOR DELETED(), (which is not Rushmorizable, by the way, indices with FOR clauses are not used by Rushmore).
A better answer is to SET FILTER TO DELETED(), which will be Rushmorized if there is an index tag whose expression is DELETED()
(INDEX ON DELETED() TAG LostOnes).
