Usually I try to guess about structure of databases and what it can be use for.
(Especially if it empty you will have weak hope that it will not use).
After that I try to find author. If it impossible, try do delete them and
test your project sometimes it requests a lot of time, but it depends...
In my personal practice I try to not delete any unknown tables or databases...
That is my rule... If it works do not delete anything.
