I was surprised too, as I had heard that there was a way to reset IIS that should let everything go. I am using XP and IIS 5.1

I got the following message from the command prompt when I typed [iisreset /start]:

Attempting start...
Internet services successfully started

I'm stumped - any other rabbits to pull out of the collective hat would be appreciated as debugging my web services are a MAJOR pain right now...
