PMFJI, but my main job is Citrix setup and support, programming is kinda secondary for me - but a single server with a single processor can EASILY handle 15 simultaneous users. I did some tests for a client who has 3 versions of the same app, in VFP 3, 5, and 6. VFP 3 is pretty much out - the non-standard display access really chokes the Citrix server. 5 is acceptble, 6 was fine (and this is before the latest SP with the 'fix' for Terminal Server). 100 users - that takes at LEAST 2 multi-processor servers with load balancing to handle, no way can 1 server be expected to handle that kind of load. Depending on the memory requirements of the aps that need to be run, you will probably hit a memory limit before processor limit with newer high-end servers. Don't forget the one client I picked up who had 25 users with a dual processor Citrix server but only 384MB RAM and wondered why it was running slow...
