Again, PMFJI, but I like to scan the board at night - if the users will be using dialup, 56k and lower, performance using just WTS might be lacking - WTS uses RDP protocol, which is great for moving large chunks of data (large packet size, less overhead) but when it comes to sending small screen updates, keyboard hits, or mouse movements, it has too much slack space and runs slower than Citrix's ICA protocol. On a fat pipe with plenty of bandwidth, it's almost a wash, but in a bandwidth-limited environment, you'll have better results with Citrix on top.
