There is an in-built function for Foxpro reports under File, Save As HTML, but I haven't found it to be that good.

I also can't recommend a tool for doing this, I'm not sure if there is a free one.

Anyway, if you don't find a tool (I didn't) then you could always write your reports and direct all output to a HTML file yourself, only thing is you need a good understanding of HTML - and a bit of patience!

Sorry to be so unhelpful, but that was the conclusion I had to come to when I had the same question.
