I have a number of reports to create, the captions consisting of text in Chinese.

I have the same reports in Word format, and thought it would be a simple matter to cut and paste the characters into the VFP report.

No matter what I do, this doesn't work. I've tried changing the codepage in config.fpw and setting the default locale in Windows 2000 to Chinese [Hong Kong], but neither makes a difference.

Anyone got any ideas. My best bet, I think, is to somehow convert the Word documents to bitmaps and display the bitmaps on the reports with the relevant fields superimposed upon it.
