Thanks Wayne for this...your advice is much appreciated. I think I do unerstand what WTS does, the question (for me) is really which road to go down first in terms of solving our requirements and investing time/money into it without finding that we have made the wrong choice.

My understanding now is that with Citrix the amount of RAM available per client user is critical to the speed of system operation and is probably the Key factor.
