What I do is,

set the forms "titlebar = .F." and during the init of the form
_screen.height = thisform.height + 10 && 10 the _screens titlebar might be more or less
_screen.width = thisform.width + 3
_screen.autocenter = .T.
thisform.autocenter = .T.

to give the look of a single form running in a single window
