I have noticed slightly different behavior when calling from txtBox.Lostfocus() and Click() of cmdButton, not sure why. However, try this; make the called Form Desktop=.T. Modal=.T.; this seems to make it come up properly.

I think the intent of Desktop is to allow 'child' Forms to be larger than Parent when set as InTopLevel, but I don't know any other features of this setting.
