I'm going to have to jump in here and second your recommendation. I received my copy this weekend and so far it is the best centralized resource to get things rolling on one of my personal projects.

I would like to heartily recommend the new book: Web RAD: Building Database Applications on the Web with Visual Fox Pro and Web Connection.
