Yes there is. In the left column under '4 Customize the Setup Appearance' click on 'Dialogs'. Then on the right side, upper left quadrant, make sure that the checkbox to the left of 'Destination Folder' is checked. This will allow the user/installer to change the default installation directory to their preferred location.
