Hi Mårten,

I too had a similar situation, particularly going from VFP 3.0 to 6.0; some of the same occured in 7.0 for VPF classes initiated in 3.0. I did query this some years ago to M$ but I did not get a response. So, what I did was go to all of my classes and take out every shape. I then compiled all of the classes again. After that, I went back and put the shapes back on the forms. Note that at the time I had 13 or 14 different applications out and about the world, so I did a recompile on all of those as well. Funny thing was, the problem never occured in .exe application execution so the users never knew the difference. Anyway, this solved my problem and I have not had a recurrence in years+. Now using VFP7SP1, and the changeover from VFP7 did not recreate the problem.

>I have a shape around almost all my object, but from time to time, this shape object decieds for itself that it has to be on top of everything, no matter how you try to "Send to back". Well, when you do the send to back, it looks ok, you save the form and exit... But when you open the form again... The shape is still there, on top of everything... The only thing you can do, is to remove all object that the shape hides and recreate them. SO ANNOYING... Is this a known bug, or does it only happends to me? Anyone who knows a better workaround?
