Actually, this one won't help for two reasons: the first is that he's publishing a web service, not calling one.

The second is that the code is outdated: the service moved to a different server, and the format of the returned object changed. See http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~GarrettFKBArticles for working code.
