If so? I also was in similar trouble and won.
When I did my remote com based on container (olepublic) and time inside (aolso olepublic)
I create object and run method , which really only set interval inside timer.
Timer later will run procces ( at the begin I set interval back into zero)
I succeded to run 15-20 client computer calling this remote server
