I receive your files and I've made some alterations in my sample.prg in order to try reproduce the error you're reporting.
Well... nothing happens and the class runs perfectly. I'm sending to you the sample.prg and a file called colin.doc containing the results.
Oh yes... I've changed the picture's property to scale/retain shape and set nleftmargin=12 & ntopmargin=12, just to achieve better results. Word misplaces the picture (I don't know why) if it is placed near page boundaries.

Someday I've noticed this error when windows have too much fonts installed. There is some kind of limitation. I can't determine why this happens but the solution was removing unnecessary fonts. In another situations, the true type fonts simply vanish and everything becomes crazy. When this happens, only booting the machine solve the problem. Yes... the message "There is not enough memory for this operation" appears when we have fonts problems.
