The RECALL command will do its work as desired regardless of the setting of (SET) DELETED.

It would be helpful if the Command Reference entry for RECALL noted this.

Similarly, the Command Reference entry for SET DELETED should make mention of this, especially since its entry, under Parameters ... ON says "Specifies that commands which operate on records (including records in related tables) using a scope ignore records marked for deletion.".

SET DELETED should also have a prominent notation that a SQL-Select run with (SET) DELETED OFF will cause records that fit the select criteria to be included in the result set AND they will be in 'active' status (i.e. the DELETE flag is NOT carried forward to the result set).
