Yes, I found that out about about both Updated() and COLUMNS_UPDATED(). Right now, I'm working with a basic table (3 fields) to see if I can get a solution similiar to BOb's working. Once I do, I'm going to use VFP to generate scripts and insert them via SQL-DMO.
